2nd Annual Juniors for Juniors Benefit

American Ballet Theatre’s Junior Council & Renaud Dutreil, President, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton presented the 2nd Annual Juniors for Juniors Benefit on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at the LVMH Magic Room.

The magical evening featured a special appearance by ABT Principal David Hallberg and ABT Dancers, music by Andrew & Andrew, close-up magic & comedy by Josh Beckerman, “Stars of Tomorrow Scholarship” Opportunities, Magic Hat Raffle, Cocktails & Hors d’Oeuvre.

The ABT Junior Council’s Juniors for Juniors fundraising event was inaugurated last spring and all proceeds supported a scholarship for a student in ABT’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School. The JKO School is a pre-professional ballet training program for students, ages 10-18. Under the direction of Franco De Vita, Principal, students thrive in an elite atmosphere dedicated to the success of each student.

American Ballet Theatre’s Junior Council is a group of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 who support ABT’s mission of world-class artistry and excellence. As one of New York’s premier membership groups, it aims to build a base of supporters whose commitment will be vital to ABT in years to come.
