Crispo’s When is the wedding?: 9/25/10 Where will the wedding take place?: Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard Dream wedding dress designer: Priscilla of Boston How did you meet?: My friends and I took our mothers to see a Musical on a Saturday night about 6 years ago.  After being out with our mothers all afternoon we decided we would go out for some drinks.  It ended up that Shawn was at the same bar with some friends that night also. Shawn and I ended up talking and really hitting it off.  He asked me out for a date that following week and the rest is history. How did he propose? We were on a winter ski vacation in Whitefish, Montana.  Shawn and my family decided to go to a wine tasting event at our Country Club.  I didn't realize anything was going on but, I did realize Shawn seemed a little nervous that night.  I remember I was at the bar talking with my father and Shawn came up and ordered a bottle of expensive wine.  I remember thinking to myself at the time, why would he be ordering a bottle of wine, when we were at a wine tasting event.  It was a really cold night in Montana and Shawn wanted to go outside to see the view.  We walked outside and were looking at the view, when Shawn proceeded to direct me to a corner of the deck.  We were out talking for a bit, when out of nowhere Shawn got down on one knee and proceeded to tell me how much he loved me.  I was overwhelmed with emotions and I started to cry.  Needless to say, I said yes and at this point we were both crying.  The funny part is that the two of us were so caught up in the moment that we didn't realize we were in front of the big picture window next to the Christmas tree.  Everyone from the wine tasting crowd tasting event had been looking on the entire time.  We entered back into the hall to a standing ovation.  We met a lot of wonderful people along our walk back to our table; with everyone wanting to see the ring.  It was an amazing evening. When did you know he was “the one”:  When I learned of his passion for work, family, and life.
